At Covergard™, we believe in doing business with clarity and integrity. Our terms of service set out fair expectations, transparent policies, and the standards you can rely on when working with us.
Quotes & Service Commitments
Valid for 14 calendar days from date of issue.
Note: Receipt of payment serves as the final confirmation that all quoted details are correct and approved for production.
Responsibility of Consumer
Product Suitability
Consumers must ensure the selected product is appropriate for its intended environment and application before installation.
Material Specification
Familiarization with dimensions and material technical specs is required to avoid performance mismatches.
Dimensional Matching
The consumer must confirm that product dimensions accurately match the items they intend to protect.
Safety Adherence
All safety precautions and warnings listed on packaging and digital manuals must be strictly followed.
Reporting Window
Any dissatisfaction or functional defects must be reported within the specified refund/repair window defined in our policy.
General Disclaimer
Protective Limitations
While Covergard™ products are engineered to significantly reduce environmental damage, they are not absolute barriers. We cannot guarantee total prevention of damage under extreme or unforeseen circumstances.
Natural Evolution
Natural fading, discoloration, and material deterioration are expected over time due to UV exposure and outdoor use.
Material Availability
Manufacturing standards and textile compositions may fluctuate slightly based on global material availability.
Optimal Use Case
For maximum product lifespan, sheltered or covered use is ideal. This applies to all fabrics with the specific exception of our Ripstop™ line.
Product Review Guidelines
Verified Purchases Only
Reviews may only be left on a product you have bought from us. The check is enforced on the order record itself, not on the form.
Keep It About the Product
Tell other buyers how the cover performed: fit, material, weathering. Delivery, pricing and service questions belong with our support team, who can actually resolve them.
No Abuse or Hate Speech
Insults, harassment, threats and slurs are removed. Criticism of a product is welcome and stays up; criticism of a person does not.
No Spam or Advertising
Reviews promoting another business, carrying referral links, or repeating filler to pad a rating are removed.
Leave Personal Details Out
Do not post names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses or order numbers, whether your own or somebody else's. This page is public.
If a Review Is Removed
We email you the reason and quote the opening line so you know which review it was. Your order, your guarantee and your account are unaffected, and you are welcome to write a replacement that keeps to these rules.
