What happens after I send my measurements?
Our team reviews your measurements and comes back to you with a quote within 1 to 2 business days. We call to confirm the dimensions before anything is cut, so double-check the contact number you give us.
How long does a custom cover take to make?
Manufacturing typically takes around 5 working days once your quote is accepted, after which your cover ships on our standard courier service.
How do I take the measurements?
Pick your item on the form and a diagram appears beside the inputs showing exactly which measurement each letter refers to. What you type is printed onto the drawing as you go, so you can check it back at a glance. Measure the widest points in centimetres and round up to the nearest centimetre. Umbrellas are measured closed, since that is what the cover goes over. A patio set is measured with the chairs tucked in: L and W are the tabletop, and Y and Z are the overall span on the floor with the chairs pushed in. If your item is not in the list, choose Something else and describe it on that row.
Which materials and colours can I choose from?
Ripstop, Polyester, Polyester / PVC Backed and HDPE, each with its own colour range. The colour you pick is previewed on the diagram as you build the enquiry. If you need something outside these ranges, pick the nearest one and say so in the description on that item.
Can I request covers for several items at once?
Yes. Add an item row for each piece of furniture and set a quantity on each one. They are quoted together as a single job.
