Parasol & Umbrella Covers
A parasol's own canopy is its weak point: leave it exposed through a season of sun and it fades, stiffens and starts to tear at the ribs. A Covergard parasol cover slips over the closed canopy and keeps the fabric underneath as bright as the day you bought it.

About this range
A sleeve that slides straight on
The range covers standard centre-pole parasols and the big side-post cantilevers, in lengths to match the closed height of the canopy. Covers are cut as a sleeve so they slide on without a fight, and the same UV-stabilised, water-resistant fabric protects against sun-rot, bird droppings and winter storage grime. It's the cheapest insurance you can buy for the most sun-exposed item on the patio.
Parasol Covers questions
Do the covers fit cantilever (side-post) umbrellas?
Yes. The range includes longer covers shaped for cantilever parasols, which fold with the canopy off-centre. Measure the closed length of the canopy from top to bottom tip and match it to the cover's listed length.
Should I cover the parasol closed or can it stay open?
Always closed. A parasol cover works on the closed, tied canopy. Covering it open isn't safe in wind and doesn't protect the fabric folds where damage starts.
Does the cover protect the pole and base too?
The cover runs the length of the closed canopy and pole. Weighted bases are generally weather-safe on their own, but if you'd like a full-length cover that includes the base, ask via the made-to-measure enquiry.
